I have loved making my little ceramic Nativity sets over the years. They have become one of my favourite Christmas creations, but they are also incredibly slow and time-consuming to make!
So this year, I'm handing the clay over to you!
Join me for a special two day workshop where I will guide you through creating your very own three piece handmade ceramic Nativity set. No pottery experience is necessary, just a willingness to slow down, get creative and enjoy the process.
Choose from two designs:
The Tiny Minimalist Nativity: A beautifully simple miniature Nativity scene nestled inside a little ceramic crib.
Or
The Traditional Three-Piece Nativity: Create your own individual Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus figures in my signature simple, contemporary style.
Week 1 – Making Your Nativity
6pm–8pm
Get your hands into the clay and learn how to handbuild your chosen Nativity set. I will guide you step by step, helping you add your own little details and personality to each piece.
Week 2 – Bringing Your Nativity to Life.
Return to decorate and paint your creations using acrylic paint, choosing colours to make your Nativity truly your own.
Your finished pieces will be ready to take home to sit pride of place in your mantlepiece.
This workshop is about more than making pottery. It's about taking time for yourself, enjoying the magic of making and creating something meaningful that can become part of your family's Christmas traditions.
