Shipping
- Standard tracked shipping in Ireland (An Post) - € 6
- Standard tracked shipping to Europe - €22.00
Shipping costs are additional to the retail price.
Shipping times
Orders are shipped once a week (Tuesdays) . Make sure to get your order in before 12 midninght on Mondays to make Tuesday's post. Please send me a seperate message if you need your parcel urgently and I will do my best to accomodate. I carefully wrap and pack each order . Packages will be sent via An Post.
You can expect your package to arrive within 1-2 business days (Ireland) or 7-10 business days (Europe), once shipped.
All prices include shipping insurance for safe delivery. All the relevant import duties and local taxes are included in the shipping price inside the EU. Please note that outside of Europe you might be charged for local import duties and custom charges on the arrival of your order.
Once your package leaves my studio to be shipped abroad, it is in the jurisdiction of the receiving country's postal service and customs. I do not have authority over the package at this time and I cannot trace it for you at this point. Please contact your country's postal services if you have questions on the whereabouts of your package.
Damage
I take great care in packaging my work as safely as possible. In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact me within 24 hrs of the receipt of the goods.
Returns
It is important for me that you are happy with the items you ordered.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please let me know within 14 working days after receiving your order by sending an email to cumminscora@yahoo.co.uk. I will then send you information on how to return your order. Please note that the shipping costs are on your own expense. Please ensure the item you return will be handled with care. I am not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment.
‘Cora Cummins Ceramics” is a very small business. I kindly ask that you make thoughtful purchases on my website to avoid any returns. All wares are entirely handmade. As such, each piece may vary slightly in size, shape and colour. These characteristics are not considered flaws, but rather contribute to the organic nature of handmade goods. Personalised and commissioned items cannot be returned.
