Let your child's imagination come to life in this fun and creative half day workshop.
Starting with nothing more than a simple ball of clay, children will learn how to design, shape and decorate their very own pottery piece. They will discover exciting hand-building techniques, add their own unique designs, and glaze their finished creation before it is professionally fired and ready to take home – a handmade keepsake to treasure for years to come.
With over 25 years of experience working with children, I believe every child is creative. My workshops are designed to nurture confidence and imagination while teaching handbuilding pottery skills that allow each child to create work they can be proud of. Rather than everyone making the same thing, I encourage children to explore their own ideas while guiding them through each step of the process.
This is more than just an arts and crafts class – it's an opportunity to learn new skills, make new friends and experience the joy of turning a lump of clay into something beautiful that can last a lifetime.
